Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders placed through soliqlabs.com are processed within one to three business days of successful payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended and customers will be notified accordingly.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Soliq Labs ships to the United Arab Emirates, the wider GCC region, and internationally. Estimated delivery times to the UAE are between ten and fourteen business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries to other GCC countries typically arrive within ten to sixteen business days, and international deliveries may take between fourteen and twenty-one business days. All shipments are sent via air freight through DHL or FedEx.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur as a result of customs clearance procedures, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Soliq Labs accepts no liability for delays caused by such circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to twenty-four hours for tracking information to update following dispatch. If you have not received a tracking number within three business days of placing your order, please contact our team at info@soliqlabs.com or via WhatsApp on +971 56 189 2379 and we will assist you promptly.
5. Delivery Issues
Soliq Labs is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but have not been received. In such cases, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. Customers are responsible for ensuring that a correct and complete delivery address is provided at the time of checkout. Soliq Labs accepts no liability for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful on multiple occasions and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs incurred.
6. Customs and Import Duties
International orders, including orders to the UAE, may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Soliq Labs has no control over customs fees and is unable to predict their amount. We recommend that customers contact their local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.
