Refund & Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, please review the conditions below before submitting a request.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, LED Light Therapy Masks, Eye Massagers, and other wearable wellness products that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days — return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
We will offer a replacement, repair or full refund at our discretion depending on the nature of the fault.
Soliq Labs covers return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items only.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
4. Warranty
All Soliq Labs products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at info@soliqlabs.com with your order details and supporting evidence and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
